You have to contact a Company like Loomis (DHL) who will agree to pick it up and ship it to you collect.
When they do you have to send me $130 for the set, packaged, and when I get the $ I will advise you when it is ready to go and you call your carrier to get it. When they deliver it you pay the freight and receive it. PS

You can always send it on the bus freight collect.
