here are some other pictures, there are things on this truck that we dont have any clues about.

its a ford cab no doubt. yes its the convoy lamp thats lights on...

there are two brakets on the top rear section of the cab....Antenna base ?

Also on the roof top, there is two holes and tubes and also a braket with a spring...any idea what this could be ?

funny, the truck still had all its original 6v bulbs, 2 mazda prefocus, and 4 Ford GE canada 6-8v miniatures ones.

there is also the remains of a red lens from one of the rear convoy lamp...

Default Mystery....

Remember Pat ..... this is a cab 11 Chev truck with a later Ford cab 13 fitted to it.....

The roof has the round hole(welded over) for the round hatch..... the two small holes are for the rope that hold the canvass cover on that round hole..... the bracket at the back is to attache a rope spring device that keeps the canvass cover from falling away if it is remove fast for aircraft spotting while the truck is driven.

The curved bracket is one of two that holds one of the gas tank in place. It looks like the cab 11 running board brackets are totally missing......

Your welcome to visit the barn again to see what all the right parts look like.... just need to call first to make sure we are around.
