Looks a lot like an early version of the 80 pounder tent. There was also a larger version nicknamed the 160 pounder. The names referred to the weight of the canvas when stowed in it's bag. They were giving away dozens of these tents back in the late 90s at a local regiment, but most were in the later green colour and of 60s vintage.
