Default Spare Tire Carrier

I really appreciate all the help you guys are giving me, thanks to Robert Morrison, George, Phil and all the others I was able to get my paint sorted out and I must say my truck is starting to look pretty darn good, almost like an army truck too lol.

I now have a question about the tool box/spar tire carrier, I have a machine shop building one for me but we need to know how high it is. I have noticed that there are 2 peices of flat bar that have an "L" bend at the bottom and lift the entire unit a couple inches off the frame. Does anyone know how high it sits and how high the unit is from the bottom to the top?

I found 2 bolts that I took off (and have no clue where they came from), they each have a spring and use a cotter pin to keep the nut from coming off. I thought they were the bolts to hold the Cab to the frame, (front left and right) however when I look in my manual they use different bolts with no springs. Any iges?

Thanks for all your amazing help
Gary
