Actually, 5" wide 20" diameter wheels fitted with 7.00-20 road tread tyres.
I found one supplier carrying this tyre size. Brand is Rintal, I think it is an agricultural implement tyre. No doubt there are other brands carrying this size, though it isn't very common.
