The carrier ones are BSF.
The thin butterfly shaped ones (top or left of pictures) are British, The oval thick ones (bottom and right side ones) are Canadian. There is a least one other sort, like the Canadian one which has a smaller oval.(not shown) I dont know the origin of it.
