Yes, an Iltis isn't quit a true MV. It has power brakes, rack and pinion steering, bucket seats, seat belts, a real roll bar and a complete suite of modern lights. Not a hazard to drive in todays fast moving traffic, live on the edge buy an M38.

A M38, M38A1 or M37 would be great choices for a first MV.
Lots of parts, relatively inexpensive, and always quite saleable later should you choose to move on to other things. ![]()
