The british trailers have a spare hub as spare wheel carrier , but how has the canadian trailer fastened the spare wheel to the bracket , can`t see it on the pictures .British version has 10-50-13, and Canadian one has 10-50-16 tires.

I saved the pictures from the Ebay UK trailer from a couple of years back. Not sure if this is the same one that you saw on Milweb.
