Default Drawing clarification

Doug,
Thank you I do remember that thread. I remember finding it interesting.


I also wanted to write a quick description on the drawings that I am offering above. The drawings were made using a Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) program called SolidWorks and will require some sort of CAD system to open. I can save in a few other formats if your CAD programs still can not open. I can send the parts as pdf or jpg but I really do not see the purpose as no position location data can be learned from that file type. My thought was that the dxf file type could be taken to either a laser guy to be used to (CAM) Computer Aided Machine the parts from. Here in the US where I am, the dxf file type is kind of the norm for this type of work. I suspect you could also take the dxf to the local print shop and have them print it out in a 100% or 1 to 1 scale for those interested in a hard template. The drawings were saved into the dxf as 100% or 1 to 1 scale to begin with. I am happy to help make file type changes if required. Just let me know.
