Yes, it would seem that ALex has hit upon the answer. Thank you.

No luck matching it up with the Centurion Tool layout photo I have.

I suppose it could be for Bailey Bridge gear but am unsure. I may have to borrow it back from Jason to run over to the CFSME Museum.
