I have no idea what it is but I have two hulls that are the same but the other one is way better than this parts one.
Those round holes are original. More pictures on this thread

Dave, the round holes on your carrier hull division plate were for the radio cables to pass through. On the Mk1* they went up and over the plate/firing rest. For the later carriers they had the hole cut. Its a rather large hole compared to the cable but the 12 pin connector needed that space.

I have this hole in my division plate (which I have used for the wireless harness) Also another one in the gunners side armour. I was always under the impression they were for a flame thrower tube..... The harness wouldn't go outside! Ron
