I have never seen that style a Bren pintle used with the Canadian carriers. The brass mount is correct for the mk1 carriers though. The pintle you want is the pogo stick style which was for anti aircraft use. I believe there is a photo of it in the parts manual, and it stores on top of the engine cover.
