I wouldn´t be surprised if this was the staff car of Carl Gustaf Emil Friherre Mannerheim, Field Marshal and C-in-C 1939-44 (1942 promoted Marshal of Finland, 1944 President of Finland). Note the driver wearing the red trousers of the Cavalry.
