Yessir Garry, Buffalo Air is the operator. He also operates the CL215's . Small world, next time a C46 is in town I'll snap a pic, though they come here infrequently.
On a side note, if someone really wanted to ride in a DC3 ,Buffalo still operates a DC3 passenger service from Hayriver to Yellowknife and return. With these old planes you never know when a competitor will show up with something new and shiny and the service will end. But for an inexpensive foray in to the past its great. Come for the flight, stay for the fishing  Sean
