Yes, let me know when/if coming through Gympie way, and I will notify news & radio outlets for some publicity. The Gympie RSL would want to know as well of course. Gympie has a great deal of pride in it's military history and servicemen/servicewomen.
While here, it is a must to see the Memorial Lane in Mary St, which has wonderful, hand painted mosaic murals. P4240088.jpg P4250021.jpg P4250022.jpg Just some of our murals. There are at least 12 of these! Unfortunately, there was a recent sad addition to the plaques. That being the one dedicated to Cpl Ashley Birt. Lest We Forget Your presence would be welcomed and celebrated, no doubt!
