To close this thread, these two vehicles have both been sold. I was involved with both in various formats.
One, the Brit one has ended up with Swords and Ploughshares in Kars, the other, a Canadian vehicle despite having a turret (not original to that vehicle), with the Ontario Regiment. Just like to see threads closed out properly. R
