Hi Keith
Always amazing what little bits of kit turn up from friends. Below is the same shield unit as found on my C8A HUP. Cheers Phil

I found one and had it fitted to my HUP as well. A rare item but not a very complicated affair.

Guys,
Thanks to one and all for the feedback on this one. Phil, that picture from your C8A HUP is just what I was looking for, as I welded up the holes on my LAAT, not realising that this should have been fitted there !. Using a mirror and light, I can just about make out the original holes, on the backside of the A bar. So, I guess this is a little job I need to complete over the winter, has anyone a spare switch plate they would like to part with ? Thanks again Keith |
