Chev and Ford 15cwt front "D" differences

Phil, I have always believed that the C8A had rings of a different orientation than heavier Chev CMPs (but I'm not sure of the C8) due to different mounts between bumper and frame and that this was something of an identification point if you could only see the front end of the vehicle. Rob Clarke keeps telling us that we shouldn't criticise HUPs based on their orientation......
