Greasing bearings
A trick I have used for double sealed bearings in dusty conditions is to fill the flutes of a 1.5mm drill with grease and drill a hole in the inner seal face. the grease traps the swarf to keep it out of the bearing. Then 1/2 fill the bearing with grease using a syringe. Lastly reseal the hole with silastic.
