Greetings,
Some of the museums are privately funded and therefore are able to sell to anyone. Not many of the military museums are government funded anymore. Even the museum at the armory here in Sudbury has no government funding--all private. Apparently if the government funds the museum then there are many restrictions as to what can be displayed--ie mostly Canadian content, much like our "History TV". This obviously limits the display of Axis items. Mike
