Here are a few more pics. The armour is welded but the original piece that comes with the carrier is good but not complete. The front and side armour has been replaced with welded metal panels (not very nicely I might add). The chunk of original armour is solid. My plan was to switch back to the original armour and fabricate the missing parts. It comes with a bunch of parts but I know a few things are missing (trans shift linkage frame bracket that goes over the hump of the trans, some seat parts off the top of my head, nothing major). It's a good project. I have not taken anything apart so again can't say what condition tracks, rear end or bogies are in. They all seem to roll easily. My first goal was going to be the engine and trans. It took me a long time to track down a proper military flathead but I havent done anything with it yet. Don't know what it's like inside; they are prone to cracking here in the great white north ehh.

Thats a tricky tangle of exhaust pipe. Is that a standard thing to use later manifolds or is it a one off?
