Hi Lynn - if this is the book then everybody has it but without page 13. I can live without a copy at $99.95 but I am sure everybody would pay for a copy of page 13. Over to you Phill.

the book
The manual I have is Spare Parts identification list Mechanization pamphlet No 7B 1942, and as of 20 minutes ago technically now belongs to a fellow MLUer who I'm sure won't mind me photocopying page 13 and mailing out free to MLUers who send me a PM.
Bob your price still stands - it's 5c cheaper than you would have charged and besides- you've made enough money from us here in the MLU community to afford it...  Cheers Phill

Sorry Phill - wrong book. Attached is the front cover of the manual with the missing page 13. If your page 13 does not match this manual cover then it is of no use to others who have this manual.
