Default Thornton

I'll look it up again but it was a Demand for the SADF placed by the Ministry of Supply. From memory the County Commercial Cars Ltd conversion used a Thornton Tandem Axle Co., Detroit, rear conversion that used a Thornton transfer case in the four-rear wheel drive version. Ford at Dagenham added the conversions on the line. Both 6x2 and 6x4 [Surrey and Sussex conversions] drive was available. In advance of me looking it up I think it was a model EC098TFS.
