Hi Bruce,
The engine number is quite easy if you look at the bottom of the engine casing under the rear valance it is on a flange there towards the right hand side of the vehicle. The chassis number should be on a riveted plate under the drivers seat, but is also stamped on the gearbox casing. this can be found if you view the gearbox from just in front of the right hand rear wheel it is stamped on the only vertical flange you cans see.
