here are some more pictures of the vent openings on the roof, they are in place now only need some paint when it is not so cold.
after this I started to make new windowframes because the old ones where not there so after some long thought I came up with a plan to make them.
first i cut 10 strips of sheetmetal 4 inch wide and 1 meter long. I have to do 3 windows. they have to be bend in a "h" shape so, step 1: I bend the long side of the h
dubble for a strong part of the frame. because the screws are going through this part. step 2: now you can bend the "U" part of the frame where the glass comes in. to stay on the right size I used a square piece of pipe in the right size to hammer the sheet metal around.
I used some hardwood parts to klemp the sheetmetal in between so the bends are getting right and not bumpy.
it takes a lot of time to make but if you can't buy you have to make it your self. in this frame I put a rubberseal and the glass fits in this rubberseal.
(see the pictures in the next thread to)
cheers jaap
