Ha ha - indeed, I am in for a weather shock when I leave here. But on the other hand, since according to MLS I can buy a mansion with an indoor pool in Ottawa for what it costs to own a crappy 3-bedroom bungalow on Vancouver Island, I will probably care less about tire prices then!
