CMP sighting in Cornwall

On my way into work this morning I saw a CMP on a flatbed. It was hooked up to a white Ford F250 parked at the Best Western Parkway in Cornwall.

The truck was covered with red primer and had no bed.

I thought about pulling over to take a closer look and perhaps meet the owner but on I drove to work. Just wondering if it was a forum member.
