Phill. mixing is easy buddy epecially if you use a measured mixing cup
 i am using a cromadex paint 222 fast air drying 10% matt finish, if it helps the nearest tint to 1940's light stone is a RAL code 1002 looks like chicken Korma when you put it on but it darkens off slightly when it drie's. its a bitch to spray with and takes very little thinners. if you use it you either need to set the gun to blow on a light film of paint and build it up or if your gun does not adjust you thin it so it just gets through otherwise when you turn around after doing the job you will have a floor full of paint and nothing left on the hull  Hanno has done a great review of Mikes books on here, so this is the link http://www.mapleleafup.org/forums/showthread.php?t=4095 his books contain war time correspondence, orders, accounts and the all important swatches in the rear, including how the colours should be applied even to specific vehicles ! I have paited the loyd yesterday in 2nr brown. with all the paint's there are i took this one (it was painted this collour on original parts).
I think it look's good.
