we can get wheels re rubbered at a decent rate these days buddy problem is longevity of the rubber... i bought some imaculate wheels off ebay a while back (six of) for £45 GPB.... that was 4 x CTL94 and 2 x CTL17 idlers. The UC obiously a fair bit more

i think between £75 and £100 would be a fair price for a nos carrier wheel in the uk but i can't say the same would apply in canada and the shipping would possibly make it too expensive to be viable to the uk, not much help i'm afraid but it might give you an idea.
