In the traditional Recce Role in Infantry Battalions I would immagine they disappeared fairly quickly during the late 1940's.

As gun towers annd Medium Machine Gun Carriers they were certainly still in use at the time of Korea.

I posted some Ruddington Sales Catalogues some years ago which were probably the last ones released.
