Not sure what your sending unit looks like......but.... Princess auto sells a repro which has the standard 5 bolt pattern and fits a CMP...... float is adjustable for depth of tank..... sells for $20 regularly comes on sale at half price........ and they have a good return policy if it does not fit.....hahaha Boob
