I think that I can almost see the end of it. before going to press I will be posting a request on MLU for 'peer reviewers". These will be knowledgeable folk who can take a specific chapter, i.e., wreckers, machinery lorries, etc..., and find errors of fact. I would suspect that summer 2011 it will be available.

Also is there any word on David's Canadian military pattern trucks ?

I don't know ? I am reliant on David and he has a number of better paying priorities on the go.
