Although in a camouflage finish the car carries civilian registration plates and there is no indication that it was used by the military - however.....

The shot of the interior of the dental unit reminded me vividly of the view from the rear of the dental clinic in the back of a GMC 2 1/2T at the Borden Museum. What made me cringe was the foot operated pedal for drilling speed.
