PS: she won't drive the Rover, can't see over dashboard, still misses her MGB.

In one sense you're lucky (the Rover stays intact), but in another... hell, ever heard of a cushion and blocks on the pedals?


BTW ref the MGB: I cut my teeth on a '57 Morris Minor, and the first car I ever owned was a 1959 A-H Sprite. My ex had a '75 MGB when we met, and it was the worst POS I've ever driven! It cost her half the original purchase price in the two years it took me to persuade her to sell the damned thing.
