Yes, you can connect the #1 mk II control unit directly to the 19 set. You MUST however remove the fuse that is inside the unit. This is part of the "unattended" switching system when this box is used with the #2 control unit (standard setup btw). Failure to do so puts a direct short on the LT line when using the #1 series alone.

Also be aware that one drop lead is for the gunner and only gives intercom use. The other lead is for the commander and gives intercom & radio use.

Your spare parts would be useful for someone restoring armour.
