UC found update
Hi everyone
You have waited a long time for news about the recovery. Here is a fresch update. My friend with the BV 206 recovery weasel has sold it and now I have to find somebody else with a good recovery vehicule. The old farmer who lived at the remote farm is now deceased and one of the old tractors a Volvo BM 230 Victor has just recently been driven from there on the ice. It has been very cold up here and very little snow. Today itīs -39Celsius and the ice is about 30cm thick. This is good news and Iīm now planing more seriously for a recovery in late February or beginning of March. A close by resident has promised me to pack the iceroad before the recovery with his snowmobile, this will help alot and make the iceroad a lot better and stronger. Regards Erik
