David, And here's another little bit of information... The 7A2 body early pattern gun tractors are to be found in small numbers here... and here's the data plate info from a Chev cab 12. No contract though. This info is from a rubbing: Model: 84-407 (or 2) Serial: 1844021385 (indistinct) Engine: 3735940 Body Serial: 1373 Trim: XR Paint: F.C. 102 It looks like the trim is probably the engine prefix in the wrong place. On the 7A2 body there is also a number: 4112ME 1055. Can you make any sense of this, David. The truck is a 1941 CGT.
