more photos from my collection. Any one have more photos of the 1944 Morris, some were used in Canada and were any taken to OZ .

Yes its like waiting for a bus, you wait a long time them 3 turn up at the same time . think £7,000 for one is a bit high.

hey keith are you ready for arnhem , only 2 weeks to go.
I found some pictures of a morris wireless (same body I have on my chevrolet)
these body's where used as wireless or radar stations see the other morris picture I took in normandie.

Thanks for the photos, the last photo is of a WOT, a friend of mine has one with the radar. Yes looking foward to going to Arnhem in the Humber.
Your truck is looking Good, lots of hard work you have done on it . were the radio books good with the info you wanted.

Yes there were at least two GS versions here. One is restored and was for sale a few years back in QLD. The body fitted to this vehicle doesn't look correct http://www.mapleleafup.net/forums/sh...ad.php?t=29873

Around twenty C8 4x4 portees are listed in the ARN 126 books . A friend had two of these without the portee bodywork. I can recall looking at the unusual sub-chassis that the cabs sat on.
