Ford Ignition switch

Hi all,
I am looking for a Ford Ignition switch to fit to my Dingo armoured car. It is a toggle type which is mounted on the steering colomn bracket of the Ford civilian trucks. I'm after a choke and throttle cable for the Dingo also. They dont need to be long (about 2' or 600mm) just matching with T & C. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.
