Nigel, there should be one with your name on it in the UK. For starters, there's that engine listed on MilWeb as quote above.
Also try
RR Motor Services, according to their website they are "the UK's major supplier of the rugged French Army SUMBs". If anything, they did have reconditioned SUMB engines for sale at Beltring 2002 for UKP 1,250.
