"logic of this" ... I’ll give you a hint Tony . . .

I’ve seen DND dismantle a 1950's type hanger down to its steel skeleton and then rebuild it again only to close the Base within a couple of years with the result that said building was torn down . . .

An Infantry Battalion’s barracks being totally renovated, followed a couple of years later by the battalion being relocated and said barracks being torn down, with having nothing been salvaged from within before hand . . .

... I could go on ...
