Worst of all one of them you know or have met one of them, and he has seen what was there and told his pals. Then there was a chat and someone said "Hey we can use that, he'll never get to it (or miss it)".
Run it through your mind who you had over and what they didn't take and why. The other thing you have to remember is there is no mercy in this hobby. I can't tell you the number of times I have told a friend who asked what my next project was, what I had in mind and the next weekend or day it was gone. He went out and got it. And this is just the little guys in the hobby. It's the high rollers.

Man. I could write a book.
