C60X capabilites?

So, I have a US M813A1 that I bought as a utility vehicle for moving around my Ferret or Dingo either in the bed or on a trailer at some point. But now, I'm starting to think about a C60X and possibly a 6wheel7ton light recovery trailer. Dirk Leegwater in Holland has a set like this.

What are the general capabilities of the C60X in terms of towing and cargo capacity? The rating is 3 tons. I assume that's similar to US army practice of X is off road, X doubled is on road capacity, and x Tripled is towing capacity? Would a C60X be able to handle the 6Wheel7 Ton trailer reliably? I'm assuming it has the air brakes needed to stop the thing.

Of course, at this point I know very little about the C60X other than the basic configuration. Would I be better off sticking with something more modern?
