He's travelling at his Vne speed (Velocity never to be exceeded), although I'm not sure just how fast this is it must be something over 30 mph.

You'll notice he's trying to rotate the vehicle to take off, but the stovebolt 6 just doesn't have the oomph to make the truck leave the earth.

Of course there is a pic in the archives of an early FGT which is completely airborne and is making a high speed low pass along the flight line. There's nothing quite like a V8!
