Diamond T 981 with with 40ton Rogers Trailer

Thanks for your responce. The 981 has the Pickup style box behind the cab. This box held up to 7 tons ballast. The vehicle code in W.A. Gregg's book Vol 1 is 80649-C and is on page 149.

The manuals you outlined look similar with the only difference being the fifth wheel mount behind the cab instead of the box.
