British army trucks of the 30s: identification

3. Albion ? It's very similar to the 131, but has a different headlight layout. There was also a 133, but I couldn't find any information about it.

900 -13 tyres have a pre-war history. I believe oil company teams were using vehicles fitted with the tyres during the 1930s in the Middle East.

This Ford pickup appears to be fitted with 900-13.
