No. It appears to be a Dodge D23c Special Delux.

I knew it was a Chrysler product. The Dodge and Plymouth are virtually the same in those years.

Thanks Paul and Jordan. I still need to learn how to ID the various Chrysler cars from that era - and some say today's cars all look the same

They are not Light Cars in my European eyes either.

"old Canadian military cars" still turn up every now and then....

we are selling this 1940 Plymouth it’s an old Canadian military car back in the day, it’s got 2 suicide doors it’s all original only has 88 660 kms on its a great vehicle to fix up and put in a car show searious inquires only.
