Living in Junee, and having spent seven years living in an ecclesiastical edifice near that CSU sign, I pass the Romani Barracks quite regularly.
If I'm able to pass the entrance requirements, I may just end up spending some time there myself. I'm seriously looking at it, although I'd better get moving, being 44 years of age. Gotta love the City of Crows. But don't call Wagga Wagga Wagga. Cheers, Matt

Well there you go; I've driven past the Wagga sign more times than I care to remember, and I've never once stopped to have a good look. I gladly stand corrected. Mind you, I lived a few hundred metres from the north campus of CSU Wagga, and I knew that they've redone the sign since my time there.
So, one should never assume! I should've stopped to check the name of the barracks in Wagga, shouldn't I? Cheers, Matt
