What engine is your friend running? Normally the CMP engine has a dual belt pulley that mounts the cooling fan to the pulley hub. The pulley you've pictured is a single belt pulley with no provision for mounting the fan, and was used with a separate fan hub mounted lower on the engine between the Genny and Distributor.
If you really need that particular pulley, it is available new from Mac's Auto as part number 01A-10130-B. The correct style CMP pulley is pictured below: |

He is running a flat head ford engine. I kind of wondered if it had two pulleys as maybe it is not an original engine but its what it had, Thanks for the heads up regarding Macs as I never thought of looking there
