Default thanks

Thanks a lot guys,

It takes some time, but at one point it will be ready!!!

Here are more pics,

The legs are attached, as it came as set from the chicken range, and I have not got the guts to change that!

(forgot to thank Hanno for getting me logged again!)

Regards,

Stefan

Stefan,

Sure, no problem, it took some time figuring out but it is good to see you back on here.

The F60H looks fabulous!

Hey all,

Here are some pics of today, Dirk is helping with an old tool to get Barry's generator in place.

The generator might not be correct, but this one got quite some history, maybe Barry can tell us more about it.

One more, that's it for today!

Cheers,

Stefan

Thanks guys, the nice part of the F60H restoring is starting now I guess.
This morning playing in the snow for Stefan (no Barry, not in Castleton).
10 cm snow is for us in Broek op Langedijk a lot, for you guys on the
other side of the pond, maybe nothing ?

The first picture of the F60H is taken during my first visit to Canada in 1989.
The other two pics a couple of years later. Lots of memory's when I walk around
over the yard from the Elliott brothers, George and Don in Newtonville.
I know the yard is almost "empty" but the coffee is always fress for our Dutch guys.

Default Before pictures

Dirk - thanks for posting the "before" pictures. You and Stefan have done an amazing job restoring a very early and rare CMP. I am sure if you had not rescued it a few years ago it would have gone to scrap by now and be lost forever.

Default Fantastic resto...

Beautiful job Dirk. Must be one of the earliest C60X that has survived.... did it have original ID tags??

Was the truck actually driven with 16 in. tires by the Elliott crew or was is just used for moving it around in the yard???

Would love to see some close up pictures of that Generator you installed.
